The server hard drives failed where bes was installed. I need to remove bes form the server completed. It obviously wont uninstall the normal way,

Your best option is probably to speak to Blackberry.
If you register for their tech support service at http://www.blackberry.com/besc then you get a free technical support call.

The other option that can sometimes work is to install the product again (remember to do so under BESADMIN) and then remove it.

I went on there but it says the Free support ended 2 years ago.

It isn't something I have ever had to do.
The reinstall / uninstall method has usually worked for me in the past.
