Whilst administering a new RDS farm for a customer we were required to install an EMC IRM client for PDF. Of course I installed the latest version only to find that we actually needed to install the v5.0 client not the v5.1.<br />
OK so should just be a matter of uninstalling the 5.1 client?<br />
No....not simple at all! I have been unable to uninstall via Programs and Features, re-running the install and selecting remove. &nbsp;The uninstall/install is always interrupted and therefore will not uninstall!<br />
I cannot install the older version as it complains that a newer version is installed. &nbsp;Is there a way to manually uninstall the client via the registry?<br />
