windows live mail

can see inbox  

but not out box and drafts etc.

how to get this menu back?

fcek--It is not entirely clear.  You say he can see Inbox, but not outbox, etc.  Do you mean he can see messages only in Inbox?  Or that Inbox is the only folder showing in the Outlook screen or Navigation Pane?
What version of Outlook?
