Exchange 2003 Email not reaching certain destinations

End User and some other users report that they are getting calls that their emails are not reaching other parties i would like to confirm if this is the case: can someone please point me in the right direction to obtaining more information from logs and understanding what the issue is. Thanks

The logs you show suggest that the mail is being received happily by the remote end, so if mail isn't arriving after that, you will have to ask the receiving end to tell you why as it may be getting junked, deleted as spam, quarantined etc and only they have control over that.

Have you requested delivery receipts on the emails?  If yes - do you get a delivery receipt?

I have not requested delivery receipt but will ask him to and will get back to you with more info.
