i want to look in to a wireless system that utilizes personal vpns to a Access point. this would eliminate any worry for the most part of a user deciphering an air dump.

This system i imagine would have a wireless adapter with a built in programmable ipsec crypo key that would automatically connect to the WAP which would establish an personal vpn connection.

SonicWALL can do something like that. You can use SonicPoints to create the wireless network, and use the SonicWALL router to manage them. You can then set up that wireless network with no access to the internal network, but use the VPN to provide that connectivity.
