If our institution is licensed properly to deliver application software to our users' personally-owned client devices via Remote Desktop Services/App-V, and if we own a concurrent MATLAB license, are we allowed to make those concurrent MATLAB licenses available to our users via Remote Desktop Services/App-V at no additional charge? If not, is there any licensing method Mathworks provide which will allow us to do that?

The best way to get your question answered with accuracy guaranteed would be to contact a sales rep from MATLAB and tell them your needs.

They should be able to tell you the best way to get what you want for the lowest cost.

Although, if I understand correctly. The origin of the user should not matter. If you have licenses for 10 concurrent users, it shouldn't matter if they are logged in remotely or locally as long as there are only 10 at a time.
