Does anyone have a script or a list of what to measure in Performance Monitor to decide how much hardware I will need to Virtualize my server environment?

I have a script from EMC to measure IOPS and other disk related stats, but I need memory, CPU, network.  There must be something out there already to measure the things without me having to guess which items to monitor in our physical environment.

I think I have my answer.
