DO you get this when opening your outlook email?

Can you still use email?

Or do you get this when trying to access an personal folder you have added in outlook?

If you get this while trying to access a personal folder attached to your account in outlook, where is this personal folder stored?

Is it stored on your Local Machine, in Outlook Default location

Or is the personal folder stored somewhere else? Possibly on a USB or Chared Network location

If the PSt is not local
Disconnect Outlook From the DST
Move it back to the local machine
Then re-add through outlook and test
