Shadow Copy does not run as scheduled

I setup a virtual file server running Server 2012. I configure shadow copy to run once a day at 12pm. When I check back and see that it does not run.
I have to do manually.
Do you have any suggestion where the problem is ?
I try many ways like remove schedule, re-create a schedule, reboot server with no help !!!

I have a current physical file server Windows 2008 and its shadow copy runs good with schedule.

Thanks

What type of user to you have setup to run shadow copy on the VM? at least a backup operator or an admin?

I am a domain admin and a member of local admin group.
Anyway, I find a another way to run it on schedule : use the task scheduler instead of setup a schedule in show copy.
