Transpose Data

On the attached sample file, I need to flip the data from table 1 into the format of table 2.
I am finding that I am not able to use Transpose due to having some cells merged.
If possible I would like to have some VB code which I can insert into each sheet to accomplish this.

This worked really well.  Unfortunately there has been a change in the table and now need a different format...I will post the next question privately to you for resolution
