I need to use the lazy load in JQuery, per this link

So, what do I need to download? how can I reference in it in my code?

looks like you just need to download this file and reference it after your normal jquery reference:

https://github.com/tuupola/jquery_lazyload/blob/master/jquery.lazyload.js

or the minified version:

https://github.com/tuupola/jquery_lazyload/blob/master/jquery.lazyload.min.js
