hi guys,

there's a server called server1.xta.chocolates-usa.com and it is the PDC. I want it removed from this role completely.

There is a live production with servers on the chocolates.com domain but not on the chocolates-usa.com. When I go into the AD on the live environment, I can't see any servers in the Operation Masters on the 'chocolates-usa.com' domain or anything in the DNS.

So if I go ahead and select the 'Delete the domain because this is the last domain controller in this domain'...i should be alright right?

Thanks
Yashy

If that is the option that is presented to you when running dc promo when you should be able to go ahead and delete the domain and run into no issues with your production domain.
