Adding Addthis Icon Without Pageload on Client Side

I am facing an issue while adding addthis code to my webpage by jquery on client site without a page load but it doesn't display Add this Icon.

here is the test link what i actually have to achieve in my project. In the form we have text box & Apply Button, when i click on apply button first time it display icons just below in a div, but when i customize the code & apply it again, it just don't display the icon below.
