get data from a snapshot file vmware

hi guys ,

after modify structure of my vm , i forget to merge snapshot , so now i have two files , flat and snapshot and i need to merge the both to get all my data ,

how can i do it ?

If you do not need to revert back to the snapshot, then using Snapshot Manager you should be able to delete all snapshots.  This will merge the files back together without reverting.
