I rebooted the server (no luck), then started the services that had were set to manual. &nbsp;Seems to have resolved the issue.<br />

I installed Microsoft Web Installer - PHP, which stopped the SBS 2011 server from getting passed the applying computer settings.<br />
<br />
I had to pull the power several times to access safemode and uninstall the software. &nbsp;This is now resolved. &nbsp;However users ar complaining they still arent getting emails.<br />

I cant see anything wrong on the server, and an MXLOOKUP on the domain using mxtoolbox.com shows SMTP is working ok.<br />
