Exchange 2010 not accepting emails

Hi All,

I'm doing some work for a company (remotely).

I installed Microsoft Web Installer - PHP, which stopped the SBS 2011 server from getting passed the applying computer settings.

I had to pull the power several times to access safemode and uninstall the software.  This is now resolved.  However users ar complaining they still arent getting emails.

I cant see anything wrong on the server, and an MXLOOKUP on the domain using mxtoolbox.com shows SMTP is working ok.

Any suggestions?

Verify the exchange services are running on the server.  Might have a couple disabled due to the abrupt shutdowns.  Or simply a couple did not start.

Log into OWA and send a test email out to a gmail account and send it back to verify the server is actually recieving email or a spam filter is grabbing it

I rebooted the server (no luck), then started the services that had were set to manual.  Seems to have resolved the issue.

Thanks
