UK domains blocked by server

Hi
I setup a new SBS 2011 server in the office.  Everything went fine but now I find that .co.uk domains are blocked outgoing.
The following steps failed to resolve the problem:

1.  Switched the Windows Firewall Off
2. Checked Router Firewall.. nothing blocked outgoing.

Any ideas?

SBS cannot "block" domains, as it is not a gateway service. Windows server (including SBS) does have a known bug that causes DNS to fail in some instances though. Microsoft has published this and a fix:
