Jquery set up

I have the links referenced below.  JQuery/Fancybox not working, and I assume the links I have aren't referenced correctly.
Also not sure what the latest jquery (first line) that should be referenced?

Hoping someone could help.
 
BTW - the directories are correct and the JS files are accessible via the web page, if that makes sense.
