Factory restore for Dell Inspiron 1440

I have a Dell inspiron 1440 running Windows7  that I am trying to do a factory restore on but I’m not sure how to get in that menue.  I tryed F8 on boot, and then repair your computer. Then I choose country, then log in with my admin account...but I don’t see Dell Factory Restore or Dell Factory Image Recovery

when you reset your computer and see the Dell Blue Icon press windows key and the button F11 and you should be able to reset the whole computer
