What is the cmd to export the current permission for a Resource Calendar so it can be view by others?

I am assuming that you are asking for the powershell commandlets to do this, if so this should be it:

 
calender  access  reviewer permission.
====================================
Set-MailboxFolderPermission -Identity "user1@domain.com:\calendar" -User user2@domain.com -AccessRights Reviewer
 
 
folder sharing form outlook
============================
Add-MailboxFolderPermission -Identity user1@domain.com:\Inbox\test2 -user user2@domain.com -AccessRights owner
