We have installed Pro-Tools 10 and the Avid hardware (mixing console) on a Mac pro. We have created network maps to the NAS of our HQ to download the projects and upload the finished mixes. <br />
When we have a connectivity problems between our site and HQ, when you open Pro-Tools to create a local session the program is unresponsive. <br />
On first glance the program does not seem to search anything on the network (like recent projects for example).<br />

Do you have any ideas of what might cause this behavor?<br />

Pro Tools cannot open new session when network is unreachable

Apple's early computers ran on a variety of operating systems, including a Pascal version and one based on CP/M, before releasing its ProDOS with the advent of its 16-bit computer. With the release of the Lisa, which had its own OS, Apple and computing entered the graphical age; it was followed by the Macintosh, which offered a series of "System" operating systems. Other Mac operating systems included PowerPC until Apple acquired NeXT and folded it into the Mac OS. Current operating systems for Apple devices are Mac OS-X and iOS.
