Found a lot of acad.fas files on my server, why?

This is using Windows Server 2008 as a file server, for dwg autocad file server. Recently, I found a lot of strange acad.fas files located in my DWG file store. Where were these files came from, and is this some kind of walware? How to detect and delete all of them?

After search and clear all the acad.fas files, problem won't happen again.

I tried everything, and instaling Kasperski antivirus solved all my problems (AutoCAD 2008, 2012, 2013). Try and enjoy :)
