Exchange 2003 user administration with VBS

Dear experts,

could anybody of the exchange experts tell me how i can handle 2003 user with
vbscript with these questions below:

Enable mailbox
Disable mailbox
Passwort reset

I cannot find anything useful on the net.

As far as enable/disable there is no such function.. you can remove/add a mailbox..

Your only option to disable is basically not allow the box to receive mail which just confuses the mail sender as to whether the account is still good or not.
