My OS is win 7 prof 64 bit and i use Word 2007 and outlook 2007.
I created an  email mail merge.  The document retrieved the query from an Access 2007 database and then it started sending the emails to all the addresses, about 150.  However, about 16 messages were still sitting in the Outlook 2007 Outbox still waiting to be sent.
When i did a "send all", sometimes it tries to send and nothing ends.  If I try again, I get the following error :

Task 'jegajothy@msn.com - Sending' reported error (0x8DE00006) : 'The operation failed.'
Can some of the Experts let me know how to fix this error.  Thank u

You might have hit a relay limit,

Usually this type of limit is a 24 hour timeframe.
