When there are repairs to be made to machines, tool replacements, or other manufacturing/plant related matters to be attended to (usually technical/service related stuff), the service people in our manufacturing plant use a software called maintenance Coordinator ( http://www.simsofttech.com/maintenance_coord.htm ) to create a ticket. The program then emails reports of all open tickets to specified email addresses. Maintenance Coordinator has not been sending the much needed email reports, for several weeks now. If you know of any other software that we could use for this purpose of creating maintenance/service tickets (manufacturing software preferred, if possible), please let me know.

A Google of "service ticket management" shows several competitors ... but I'm not familiar with this application area, so I can't suggest any particular one.

However, if you're otherwise satisfied with the functionality of Maintenance Coordinator, I'd suggest you isolate WHY it's not sending the e-mails instead of looking for a replacement.   [Unless, of course, it's not doing so because you disabled it and want to replace the package.]

Looking on their web site, it shows a "per incident" support cost of $100 ... so it would seem that you could resolve the e-mail issue for $100 => certainly far less than the cost of a replacement package !!
