Remote Desktop Services VM hangs on Securing Remote Connection

I have a customer with 2 Server 2012 servers and Remote desktop services on one of them.  Today, randomly, when they log into the RDS web and click the link to launch a VM from the VM pool, it will hang at Securing Remote Connection.  After 20 minutes, I cancelled, and tried to open the VM from the server and got a domain trust issue.  Dropped and re added all the VMs, but still get the same issue.  We use a godaddy SSL cert for the domain, which has been in place a year with no issue.  Any ideas?

Firstly have you rebooted the servers in question, including WAN and networking equipment?

Second, does this link help: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsserver/en-US/b8e58d83-3178-4490-b4f4-1c6e5542c39a/rdp-slow-initial-connection
