In Outlook 2007, the Deleted Items and Drafts folder are displayed before Inbox. However, the they are displayed behind Inbox folder under Outlook 2010.

Is it possible to modify this sequence on Outlook 2010 such that Deleted Items and Draft folders are displayed first ?

Hi,

The folders cannot be manually rearranged. Because it appears in alphabetical order within each folder in the Navigation Pane.

You have another method to add folder in Favorites, located at the top of the Navigation Pane and arrange folders in this section to access your mail folders more easily.  Go to : http://office.microsoft.com/en-001/outlook-help/add-or-remove-folders-in-favorites-HA010354953.aspx?CTT=5&origin=HA102674099
