ASP over VPN connect to ORACLE Database

I'm developing the ASP that I need to connect to the ORACLE database in different domain over VPN. Can someone please help me with this matter?

You just need a connection string http://connectionstrings.com/oracle and to set the db permissions to allow requests from your server's ip.

Probably a better way would be to set everything up as a webservice and just make REST calls.
