Recreate a new profile to check the result

Does all users have this issue , Is it running exchange 2010 or Exchange 2007 servers.

Check whether the user also has this issue in other computer

this is the only users who is a 2010 user.  The exchange server is 2003
I have done the registery fix as listed in the url of the previous statement.
I have done a new profile already. I have also added this user as a  delegate to a conference room so that she has full access to the calendar.

So is the issue with unable to book or the response is too delayed ?
Not sure why or who suggested for setting the Delegation ?

The issue is both, booking, and delayed response. I made the suggestion for delegation, since nothhing else I tried has worked. I am waiting on users attempt for booking conference room after I made her a delagate of a specfic conference room.
But delegate is simply so that a user receives a copy of any meeting to the room not just her .... you could have added user on calendar and given Author explicitly

Also when the response comes did you check the header details to see if it shows some delay ?

I have removed user as a delegate, how do I add user on calendar and give author authority explicitly?
I looked around within outlook client on conference room and didn't see it.
Create profile for the Room Mailbox and then simply go to properties of the Calendar ..... Add user and give rights

Add-MailboxFolderPermission MeetingRoom@domain.local:\calendar -User Default -AccessRights reviewer

I have granted published editor rights for this user on the conferernce roomand it's still not booking a time for her.
for our reception group we too have Outlook 2010 and Exchange 2003, and we have to set the permissions in the Exchange Advanced tab in AD against the meeting room AD profile to allow individuals to monitor the Inbox for internal meeting requests and add/reject items from calendar.

They also have these rooms mounted in their Outlook, makes it easier when selecting over 6 room calendars.  How have you set up other users to access this room, or is this the first issue with a 2010 suite?  We have just finished rolling out 2010, and the exchange server is next to get upgraded.

Their is only one user using 2010 suite. She is unable to book confernce rooms. I have 3 conference rooms that she needs to book meetings with. Any suggeestions would be appreciated.

I have granted full access for user in conference room permissions. What other suggestions would help
thats all she should need, now go into her accounts settings, under More Settings and Advanced tab and add the room accounts to her Outlook.  She will then see the room calendars in her own calendar view mode and also the inboxes for receiving meeting requests.

now test by making a booking for one of the rooms, making sure you list the room AD account in the RESOURCES section (not Required or Optional) and you should be working fine.

another tech had downloaded a patch from web that resolved the issue.
if you can, list the KB ID for the patch, so if anyone else has this issue they can look up this query and know exactly how to fix it.
