veeam B&R 6.5 on vmware esxi 5.1

i have a s2s vpn between 2 esxi hosts, all communication is fine.  Im attempting to use the feature in veeam to map replicas to existing VM's in the DR site, the issue is the first server is an exchange 2010 server and its been processing for 20 hours, is this normal?  or is there something im missing to use this feature properly.  the option is supposed to save time and copy just the changes, so i figured it was processing for hours to read everything but now its almost a full 24 hours, the server is about 300GB, i think it would be quicker to copy the whole vm over the wan at this point.

Is this the first time, it's seeded the DR site - if so yes, depending upon your bandwidth, and the amount of data replicate across the link.

what is the Bandwidth?

You can use this article, to calculate the delta sizes the incremental will be

what i did was i did the full replication jobs with no issue on site then i took the dr server offsite and attempted to start the job again.  now i have all sorts of issues the dns names are the same but the IP's had to change.  then i tried the replica mapping option and its been processing for 24 hours, so i dont understand how this saves time.  the bandwidth is 50 down and 25 up.

got answer from veeam support had to do with ad authentication.
