Forward Email to new hosted server

My client was hosting their own Exchange server and migrated to a email hosting environment. They receive online forms that are filled out via the web site and then are sent to another smtp address that is listed as one of 5 different domains which deliver to a general inbox.  example: medrecords@youboxcarace.com is the box in AD (main address). That box receives smtp mail from other domains such as medrecords@carracing.com, medrecords@carracing.net, medrecords@racingcar.com. The company bought out the other domains to assure the consistency when people send to other domains by mistake and insure that the mail always will come through.

With the new server (hosted) the email is the same. It never changed. The website that shoots off the email is sending to one of the aliases instead of the main address from what I was told. How can I set up a forward so the the email gets redirected or forwarded to the main email on the new server/mx record?

It sounds like you just want to change the MX Records for the other domains.

Check out the MX Record for the first domain, here: http://mxtoolbox.com/

You can either add the same MX Record to the other domains so that they direct to the hosted envirnoment also, or create a new A Record that points to the IP of the hosted environment and create an MX that points at that A Record.

Anything I wasn't clear on, let me know.
