connection with microsoft exchange is not available. outlook must be online.

Hi,

i have a exchange server 2013 running. over 200 clients with no issues.

clients are running, xp, vista or win 7.

the exchange server is in the cloud.

now we have a customer woth windows xp media center.

i have tried to connect with outlook 2007 and 2010 but with no succes.

i Always get the error when adding the profile:
connection with microsoft exchange is not available. outlook must be online

when i use thunderbird with exchange addon he connects with no problem???

what am i missing?
