I forgot to add that you shouldn't need a Support Contract for &quot;run of the mill&quot; problems.<br />
That's more for the &quot;it's broke and I need it fixed yesterday!!&quot; kind of problems. &nbsp; &nbsp;; )

The password has changed from default but no one knows what it is. &nbsp;The manual says to call kodak support but we do not have a support contract. &nbsp;There has to be a way we can get the password ourselves.
