The password has changed from default but no one knows what it is.  The manual says to call kodak support but we do not have a support contract.  There has to be a way we can get the password ourselves.

I tried to find a way to reset the password, but all I found were these:

from this .pdf, I found:

www.kodak.com/go/disupport
1.800.822.1414
(US&C only; all other regions, contact your local
Kodak Support Center)
When contacting support, have the following available:
A description of your problem
Scan Station serial number

http://www.google.com/url?q=http://www.newwavetech.com/vendor%2520stores/resource_centers/kodak/ProductInfo/09_Scan%2520Station%2520500%2520Quick%2520Tips.pdf&sa=U&ei=MTO3Uf-NNYPK9QTEvoG4DA&ved=0CD0QFjAJ&usg=AFQjCNFMNRMwBgokiAIGA9eujJPdoYO3rA

and from this one:

1. Visit www.Kodak.com/go/disupport to obtain the most current phone
number for your country.
2. When calling, please have the following information ready:
• A description of your problem.
• The Scan Station serial number.

Thank you much.   : )

I forgot to add that you shouldn't need a Support Contract for "run of the mill" problems.
That's more for the "it's broke and I need it fixed yesterday!!" kind of problems.    ; )
