VMs migration from 1 host esxi free to another

dear gurus,

we have 1 machine on 1 site on vmware esxi as VMs ms sql server r2 windows 2008 r2, this machien is offline mode we cant turn on, as this is clone copy of live enviornment which is running another place.

so can someone guide me from 1 esxi to another esxi in offline mode(power off or switch off machine) how to take or transfer

how to migrate vms poweroff mode, all possible option, v r using 5.1

dear gurus

taking lot of time v r using 8mb link and it says 100gb vm machine will go in 24 hours aprox

guide us we are using most latest vmware converter VMware-converter-all-5.0.1-875114

but this has no option for

Change the following XML entry from

<useSsl> true </useSsl>

to

<useSsl> false </useSsl>

any idea what should we do now

if you are converting using converter, it depends on speed of link, speed of disk (source) and speed of destination disk, on how long the conversion takes.

latest version of converter is 5.1?
