Wireless notebooks keep dropping off netgear radius GST724T, are there any configurations needed to do on the client or controller ?

There is no Netgear GST724T - there's a GS724T, which is a 24 port managed smart switch, but it doesn't provide wireless (because it's an ethernet switch), so I can see that you would have trouble connecting wirelessly...  Find the box with aerials on it and get the model number off that one innit.
