If any of you use digital signatures to sign important word documents or other office documents, are there any specific risks associated with the use of digital signatures, and best practices to mitigate those risks? Where do your actually "buy" a corporate digital certificate from?

I have never had an issue with digital signatures.  I also don't think there are any specific risks associated with using them.

Verisign is the best company in my eyes to use to get digital signatures or certificates
