in the following code if I need to change description to like operator with %% how to change

  _dview.RowFilter = String.Format("Flag = '{0}' and Description = '{1}'",
                                             VariableClass.Zerorecords,
                                             ChangeCaseClass.ToRemoveExtraSpaces(description))
