I have a strange problem. One of our users (who happens to be a vice president of the company) has lost all of the items from before 6-5-13 in his Sent Items folder (Outlook 2010). Any emails that he has sent since 6-5-13 show up in his Sent Items folder as expected.
My first thought was an auto-archive setting that simply moved the missing items into his archive folder, but I checked the archive folder and they are not there. Any other ideas on where I could look?
