Help sending cmd loop to html

Hello all I am using the command below to send service info to a text file. What I would like to do is send it to a html file in table format. Is this possible and if so how?

for /f "tokens=5 delims=\" %A in ('reg query HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services') do sc qc %A >> c:\test\test.csv

The hosts in question are live production and install of powershell requires a reboot, so was looking for an alternate solution which is why I turned to cmd.
