citrix xenapp 6.5 error

dear gurus

v  r facing the issue our rdc not working on citrix due to that users cant do login however v r suing rdc liencse version and citrix also license v r unable to trouble shooot whole matter

see in logs it say below

The processing of Group Policy failed. Windows could not resolve the user name. This could be caused by one of more of the following:
a) Name Resolution failure on the current domain controller.
b) Active Directory Replication Latency (an account created on another domain controller has not replicated to the current domain controller).


The Kerberos client received a KRB_AP_ERR_MODIFIED error from the server atmcsrvr10$. The target name used was cifs/atmcsrvr10.atmc.com.sa. This indicates that the target server failed to decrypt the ticket provided by the client. This can occur when the target server principal name (SPN) is registered on an account other than the account the target service is using. Please ensure that the target SPN is registered on, and only registered on, the account used by the server. This error can also happen when the target service is using a different password for the target service account than what the Kerberos Key Distribution Center (KDC) has for the target service account. Please ensure that the service on the server and the KDC are both updated to use the current password. If the server name is not fully qualified, and the target domain (ATMC.COM.SA) is different from the client domain (ATMC.COM.SA), check if there are identically named server accounts in these two domains, or use the fully-qualified name to identify the server.

when we login via rdc as administrator local or domain, on citrix it says "access denied"

any idea where and what to check exactly and trouble shoot the matter step by steop

v check our dns r also working fine ad users replication created working  as well fine too

but sir this is not the case

some issuw with domain controoler looks like dns or name resolution problem as rdc is not getting or allowing even admin to login citrix machine


i hve read ur article but we dont hve iis on any domain controller

Provide more information on the architecture of your windows environment: how many forests,  how many domains where are the servers and users.  What about your citrix architecture?

With minimal information we can't help you.

gurus

v need someone help support we cant login via rdc to
domain\administrator

to our citrix machine as i said above

so it say "access is denied" blue screen and click ok button there nothing show

plz suggest something to where to start such trouble shooting

it could we wrong of rdc or terminal server of windows 2008 r2

Dear gurus

it is w2k8 r2 standard windows env we r using 10 additional domain controller and 1 master domain controller

where citrix and master domain controller on 1 site means same subnet say 10.10.10.0/24

citrix using xen app 6.5 v use to publish oracle forms 6i application, and oracle db 10g r2 on backend. only oracle client forms bins are install on citrix

on random basis sometime citrix rdc start working, means citrix and rdc work and after few hours. when this does work mean any domain usrs or domain admin try to login via citrix applicaion published or say rdc remote desktop connection, it say "access is denied" and a screen appear

Is it one domain and one forest? When you get the 'access denied' please post the event errors logged on the Citrix XenApp and Data Collector servers.
