Internet bandwidth calculator for bussines

Hi, I would like to have an easy tool to find out the bandwidth necessary depending on the number of users and usage average, I have heard there is some sort of calculator that tells you the bandwidth you need to contract to an Internet Service Provider depending on the number of users and some other variables.

I know there is a lot to consider when doing this, but I want this tool to be a first hand tool for helping me when recommending this to a costumer.
