We currently schedule all of our meetings on our SharePoint site.  We have approx. 5 conference rooms, what we need to do is copy all scheduled meetings currently on SharePoint site to Outlook.  What's the easiest and most effective way to accomplish this?

Thanks

You can open the Calendar from SharePoint in Outlook - This would be the easiest method as I cant think of any other method to accomplish this.
To do this, goto your SharePoint Calendar (in IE) ,  select the Calendar tab from the top, and then the Connect to Outlook button in the middle of the ribbon

This adds it to my personal calender, we have  a public calender that everyone needs to be able to view / add meetings.  Also need to move all current meetings from SharePoint to our outlook public folder.

Ok. I could be mistaken, but can't you either add a public calendar to SharePoint, put both in list/datasheet view, then copy and paste?
If not, then load both the public calendar and the SharePoint calendar in your outlook then copy and paste all events?
