You can open the Calendar from SharePoint in Outlook - This would be the easiest method as I cant think of any other method to accomplish this.<br />
To do this, goto your SharePoint Calendar (in IE) , &nbsp;select the <i>Calendar </i>tab from the top, and then the <i>Connect to Outlook </i>button in the middle of the ribbon

This adds it to my personal calender, we have &nbsp;a public calender that everyone needs to be able to view / add meetings. &nbsp;Also need to move all current meetings from SharePoint to our outlook public folder.

We currently schedule all of our meetings on our SharePoint site. &nbsp;We have approx. 5 conference rooms, what we need to do is copy all scheduled meetings currently on SharePoint site to Outlook. &nbsp;What's the easiest and most effective way to accomplish this?<br />
