Tomcat should be writing information to a log file that should explain why it can't start. You would need to look in there because this is most likely a problem with an app that Tomcat is trying to start rather than Tomcat itself, and so it could be *any* reason why this is happening!

server require more time try increasing the timeout in the server editor.<br />

when i try to increase to start timeout to 3600, still the same error...<br />
what might be other reasons<br />
