Using JavaScript, how can I sort an array by the last word instead of the first?

 var str = 'Joe Doe,Sally Azzu,Amy Zillick,Fred Xand,Rex Bop';
 var people = str.split(',');
 people = people.sort();
 alert(people.join('\n'))
