For my new BB server 10 configuration they asked as a pre-requisite , whether i can telnet to, & on port 443 & 3101. I can telnet to to port 443 but i cannot telnet to port 3101. What i shud do?

If i need to configure in firewall , please send me the complete command on how to do it. As i'm not that expert in firewall configuration, it would be better if i can get a step by step instruction.

Here you go

ciscoasa(config)#static (Inside,Outside)  netmask
ciscoasa(config)#access-list 100 extended permit tcp  any host  eq 3301
ciscoasa(config)#access-group 100 in interface outside

Hope this helps.
