Unable to map a drive to Skydrive Pro

Some of our users are unable to map a drive to their Skydrive Pro folder.  We have been unable to identify a consistent reason, and for some, Office 2013 can "map" the location but Windows Explorer cannot.  Has anyone else seen this behavior?

Thanks for the response, but limits are not the current problem.  We are unable to map the drives at all.
Post screenshot of the error message.

is the WebDav service running on the workstations that cannot map? or are there any differences in services that are running between those that work and those that do not?

How about the windows firewall - are the same zones enabled/disabled between the workstations that are working vs not working?
To map via Windows Explorer:

Log into Skydrive and then look at the URL. It will look like : https://skydrive.live.com/?cid=XXXXXXXXXXXX.

The X's are your ID. Copy that portion and then do the following step:

Map a drive to:
https://d.docs.live.net/(xxxxx) - use your copied ID where the X's are. Connect..

Enter credentials, click, 'remember me' and you are good to go!

SkyDrive Pro works differently than the live account version.  The first attached error is what we receive when trying to map the drive.  The second error we received when trying to map the drive as a website.  We've done everything prompted and even Microsoft is stumped.  Has anyone else ever encountered this?

I have done all of the steps according to the support documents to no avail.  Ironically, one of the pc's that can save to the skydrive using Word, still cannot map it from Explorer, but they are able to browse the drive when selecting File/Open or File/Save as in Word.
Can you paste the drive location that you are trying to map.

Microsoft did not send a formal answer until 7-16-2013.  This question was still open here and with them.
