Active Directory User Profile population via ldap

How can we populate our AD user profiles from Lotus Notes via ldap.  We only need to extract the user's Notes email address and then populate their AD profile with the data.

You can configure the Lotus Domino server as an LDAP server. See the Admin Help database.
