OUT of the office Message

I have a user that when attached to the LAN cannot start "Out of Office" message but when not on LAN (internet connection from home) can.

Test the auto-discovery services.(and availability services)
The site used is different between External and Internal users.

Test via Outlook - CTRL + right click on Outlook icon "Test email auto config"
