Printers not showing up in Citrix

I have a user who, can usually see all of the network printers when they go to print something in a citrix application (Excel in this case). Now, however, it doesn't show any printers from within the citrix app, but if you try to print from a local program (like notepad) all the printers show up and it works fine. How can I make the printers appear from within the Citrix app again? It used to be working fine.

Just try install all required driver in the citrix server directly and then deleted them on the printer console... then client will redirect .

If still not ok ...then u can map the citrix univeral printer driver to the client 's specific printer driver to see if it work or not. ( the name must be the same as clinet and citrix server ).
