I have it running just fine on my Windows 7 Pro 64-bit Desktop computer.

It appears you may have downloaded the 32-bit version but that may just be the error message.

Uninstall iTunes, then uninstall QuickTime. Then go to apple.com and download iTunes 64-bit. Restart and try installing again.
