Any wordpress site would need you to backup the MySQL database.

Why don't you do the standard setup as follows:

a. Backup the MySQL Database.
b. Backup all the files from the FTP folder.
c. Restore the database to your hosting server for piratescove.ie
d. Restore the files to the hosting solution (FTP or otherwise).
e. Re-map the correct paths on the wp-config.php file.

Oh yeah, my experience.  I host servers for 3 companies running Wordpress servers and I have recently moved one from an old server to a new one.
